The issue of building security is very complex and sensitive, but also unavoidable for you as an entrepreneur. Unfortunately, the world has not been a safe place for a long time, and modern technology, no matter how powerful it is, cannot replace humans. That is why, we are sure, you are not asking the question of whether, but who to hire.
The job of a janitor, or physical security, is responsible – they are the first representatives of your company that a potential client meets and whose behavior affects the first impression of the company and you. But these are also people who must know all the safety procedures and fire protection measures and know how to eliminate minor defects in the building.
Taking all the facts into account, the TFM team has made an effort to offer you reliable and professional personnel for the security of the facility. This means, first of all, that our security personnel:
- They have no criminal record.
- They are mentally and physically fit for security work.
We will always provide you with access to the documentation on each security guard.
Second, all our janitors are trained to:
- They take care of the safety of people and objects.
- They apply fire protection measures.
- They carry out minor repairs on the building.
- If the safety of persons and objects is threatened, they call the police and, if necessary, cooperate with them.
The janitors are also obliged to inform the supervisor and the Call Center about all complaints and problems at the facility.
Our physical security is capable of responding to any security challenge at your facility, regardless of its purpose. Of course, it is also trained to monitor video surveillance and other forms of electronic security.
